Eduardo  Perez  of 213-1/2 Cedar Street departed this earthly life on Sept. 1, 2010, in Suffolk.

He is survived by his  wife , Bethzaida L. Perez , four children and a host of relatives and friends.

A funeral of triumph will be held Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010, at 4 p.m. at the Harris Funeral Home Chapel by Father Peter. Visitation will be on Tuesday, from noon to 7 p.m.

Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the service.
