William Earl Welch Jr., 70, of 628 Battery Ave., Suffolk, died Monday, Dec. 20, 2010 at Autumn Care.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010 at St. Phillip Pentecostal Holiness Church with Bishop Marshall Godwin officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
