Eric and Patricia Porter, of Suffolk, announce the engagement of their daughter, Latasha Wilson, to Toney Williams, from Brooklyn, N.Y.views

Williams is the son of the late Edna Johnson, of Columbus, Miss., and the late James Williams, of Raleigh, N.C. He is employed with Hercules Living as a service technician.

Wilson works in the field of mental health.

A wedding is planned for May 19 in Franklin. After a cruise to the Bahamas, the couple plans to reside in Franklin.
