Troy D. Council and Letitia M. Baker will wed in May.
announce the marriage of their daughter, Letitia M. Baker, to Troy D. Council, the son of Mr. Ronald E. Council, of Suffolk, and Mrs. Yvette M. Council, of Chesapeake. A wedding is planned on May 12 in Chesapeake.
