Mr. and Mrs. David J. Fowler Jr., of Courtland, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tina Nicole, to Brian Lee Vaughan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Hawkins, of Franklin, and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Vaughan, of Newsoms.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Franklin High School and a 2009 graduate of Paul D. Camp Community College with an associate degree in nursing. She is currently employed at Southampton Memorial Hospital.

Her fiance is a 1998 graduate of Windsor High School. He is currently employed with E.C. Whitley Enterprise in Franklin.

An August 2012 wedding is planned.
