TGIF concert canceled

The TGIF concert scheduled for tonight (Friday) has been canceled because of the threat of inclement weather, Suffolk officials announced at about 2 p.m.

The next concert is scheduled for Aug. 17 at Bennett’s Creek Park. It will feature the band “A Touch of Spice.”

The TGIF series is sponsored by Suffolk Parks and Recreation.
