Theft suspect sought

Suffolk police are asking for the public’s assistance identifying a suspect wanted for credit card theft and credit card fraud.

Police are looking for this man in reference to a credit card theft.

On Oct. 16, 2012, unknown suspects broke into vehicles in the Pitchkettle Farms neighborhood and stole items in them. One of the items, a credit card, was later used at the Kangaroo gas station on West Washington Street, the Walmart store on North Main Street and the 7-Eleven store on Godwin Boulevard. The photo obtained by police and released to the public was taken at the 7-Eleven store.

Detective Rachelann Cain is the lead investigator.

Anyone who has information is asked to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Callers to Crime Line never have to give their names or appear in court, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
