Mrs. Lucinda Rene Jones-Artis, of 426 Jackson St., departed this earthly life on Nov. 25, 2012.

A funeral of triumph will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at 1 p.m. at the Union Baptist Church, Nansemond Parkway. Bishop C.V. Russell III, officiating. Burial will be in Langston Cemetery. Harris Funeral has been entrusted with the home going service.
