Joseph “Jimmy” James Simpson Jr., 69, passed away Dec. 13, 2012. A funeral service will be held Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with the Rev. Micah Voight officiating.
