Martha “Nanny” Savage Foster, 93, of Windsor, Va., passed away Dec. 27, 2012. A funeral service will be held Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Antioch Church, 23011 Antioch Road, Windsor, VA 23487, with the Rev. Mark Habecker officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Friends may join the family Sunday night from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the residence of Jerry and Judy Garris.
