CHESAPEAKE — Ruth Garmon Price, 78, passed away Jan. 10, 2013, in Chesapeake. A graveside service will be conducted Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013, at 3 p.m. at Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery by the Rev.
