Nellie T. Hill, 81, passed away Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013. A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at noon at St Paul Baptist Church, Suffolk. Crocker Funeral Home Inc. is handling the arrangements.
