Mr. Romie Newby, 323 N. Fourth St., departed this earthly life on Dec. 31, 2012, in Autumn Care Nursing Home. A burial will be held on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at 10 a.m. at the Carver Memorial Cemetery. Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the home going service.
