TowneBank has announced the promotion of two employees who are based at the bank’s Member Service Center in North Suffolk.

Leslie J. Allen, the bank’s benefits coordinator, and James Ryan, a real estate finance lender, have both been promoted to the position of assistant vice president.

Allen has been a member of the Towne family for more than three years. She is a graduate of Christopher Newport University, as well as TowneBank’s Management Associate program.

Ryan also has been a member of the Towne family for more than three years. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and TowneBank’s Management Associate program.
