Sandra B. Briggs, of Windsor, Va., died Friday, Feb. 9, 2013, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at Chapel Grove United Church of Christ, 7366 West Blackwater Road, Windsor. The Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. will have its Omega Omega service Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home.
