Jethro Diggs, of Suffolk, died Feb. 24, 2013, at Nansemond Pointe Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 23, 2013, at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
