A Suffolk man was indicted by the grand jury this week on 38 counts of various sex crimes.

Larry Keith “Bear” Baker, 67, was among 53 defendants indicted on 165 counts.

Baker was arrested in October after a 13-year-old family acquaintance allegedly told police she had been photographed nude and that he touched her inappropriately on numerous occasions from March through August of last year, a city spokeswoman said at the time of Baker’s arrest.

The incidents allegedly occurred at Baker’s home in Suffolk. His arraignment is set for April 12.
