SUFFOLK — Ursula Karin Machak, 57, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2013 at her home.

Ursula was born in Langendiebach, Germany, to the late Elfriede and Vincenz Mucha. She was predeceased by her brother, Herbert Mucha. She had many hobbies like cooking, knitting and scrapbooking, and had a great sense of humor and a great love for her cats. Ursula exuded a sense of energy to all she met.

Survivors include her loving husband, Michael E. Machak; stepdaughters, Jennifer Brockman and Jayne Machak; step-grandchildren, Luckey Brockman and Riley Brockman; brothers, Gehard Mucha and Horst Mucha.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 11, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Baker-Foster Funeral Home, Bennett’s Creek Chapel, 5685 Lee Farm Lane, Suffolk.
