The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy boys’ lacrosse team lost 10-8 to visiting Hampton Roads Academy on Tuesday.

Despite a strong effort throughout, the Saints succumbed to their unforced errors and turnovers.

Jacob Edwards led them in scoring with three goals to go with two assists. Michael Tyler Lepore had two goals while Whit Riddick, Addison Peak and Brandon Witherow had one apiece. Harris Howell dominated the face offs, winning 15 of 20 attempts.

In its last regular season game, NSA hosts the Richmond Lacrosse Club on Friday evening at 6 p.m.
