Lumber Liquidators

Lumber Liquidators has leased 150,000 square feet at 101 Industrial Drive in Suffolk, located in the Northgate Commerce Park, according to a press release from CBRE Hampton Roads, which handled the transaction.

Lumber Liquidators sells hardwood, bamboo, laminate and other flooring and accessories.

A company spokeswoman said the company has no comment on the new location.

The Floor Trader

The Floor Trader has leased about 5,000 square feet at 1208 N. Main St. Unit 101 for a store.

The company sells all sorts of floor coverings, such as wood, ceramic, laminate, carpet and more.

Chipotle

Construction is set to begin in mid-August for a Chipotle restaurant in North Suffolk, a company spokeswoman confirmed recently.

The location of the new restaurant will be 6240 College Drive.
