Howard O. Jones Jr., of Virginia Beach, passed away peacefully at Portsmouth Naval Hospital on July 14, 2013. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17 at Laurel Hill United Church of Christ in Suffolk. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Harris Funeral Home, Suffolk.
