Frances Lee Jones Yates, 90, died Friday, July 12, 2013, at Chesapeake General Hospital. A funeral service will be held at noon, Thursday, July 18, 2013, at Lakeview Baptist Church officiated by the Rev. John E. Jones. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
