Infant Kali’ Jay Monroe Eley-Tillery died Nov. 2, 2013, at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at Meadow Brook Memorial Gardens officiated by Apostle Betty J. Knight. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
