Barbara Lee Withrow, 66, of Virginia Beach, died on July 4, 2014. A funeral service will be held Thursday, July 10, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with the Rev. Stacey Lewis officiating.
