The Virginia Department of Transportation will start emergency pipe repair work on U.S. Route 460 on Sunday, Aug. 24 beginning at 6 a.m.

The work zone is just outside of Windsor, just east of Route 600 in Isle of Wight County, and near the Shirley T. Holland Industrial Park.

The work is expected to be completed by Friday, Aug. 29.  Alternating lane closures will be in place throughout the project.
