Marjorie Wilkinson celebrated her 90th birthday on Aug. 12 with family, friends and the Suffolk Woman’s Club, of which she is a longtime member and past president.

Wilkinson is a resident of Hillcrest Retirement Center — Nansemond Point.

Her birthday was honored with cake, a table of memories and a proclamation by Mayor Linda T. Johnson, presented by club president Sharon Dewitt.
