The Suffolk Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating two suspects in connection with a shoplifting case.

The incident occurred Friday at the College Drive Walmart.

The two black male suspects entered the store about 9:25 a.m., removed three T-Mobile cellphones from the shelf, went to the toy department, removed the phones from the boxes and put them in their pockets, according to a city press release.

The suspects were descried as between 16 and 25 years of age. One was wearing a black jacket and black pants, and the other a white jacket and black toboggan cap.

They were seen leaving the store in a green Honda.

Anyone who has information is asked to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or text the keyword SPDVATIP and the tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Tipsters never have to give their names or appear in court, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
