Baby girl Skylar Kari Parker, 2-½ months, died Dec. 25, 2014, at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at Rock Church, 640 Kempsville Road, Virginia Beach. Interment will follow in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
