Mr. and Mrs. David Host of Suffolk and Mr. and Mrs. Danny Andrews of Portsmouth announce the engagement of their daughter, Amelia Forbes Host, to David Anthony Buckman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Buckman of New Milford, N.J.

Amelia graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2005. She is employed by Stephen David Entertainment, a television production company in New York.

David is a union member of the Theatrical Teamsters, Local 817.

The wedding will take place on the Host property in Suffolk on Sept. 26.
