She also served as a national delegate and represented Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast at Girl Scout National Convention, which took place in October in Salt Lake City.

Though she has no daughters of her own, Crewe has contributed countless volunteer hours with Girl Scouts and makes it a point to ensure that everyone has a beneficial Girl Scout experience, just as she had, according to Girl Scout officials.
