A 22-year-old man has been charged in relation to Monday evening’s accident at the intersection of Glen Haven and Elwood roads.

Dustin O’Neal Crick, 22, of Carrsville, was the driver of the GMC pickup that collided with a Corvette. He is charged with failing to yield from a stop sign after stopping, reckless aggressive driving, drive while revoked DWI related, operating a motor vehicle without ignition interlock and driving a vehicle with inadequate tread depth on tires.

Both injured passengers, one from the truck and one from the Corvette, have been treated and released from the hospital.
