Thomas “Buck” Owen Brinegar, 76, died on April 25, 2015. A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. Aaron Burgess officiating. Burial with military honors will be at 1 p.m. at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
