Gayle Evana Sivak, 80, passed away Sept. 1, 2015. Left to cherish her memory are daughters: Bonni Kelly, of Smithfield, Lisa O’Leary (Daniel), of Suffolk; grandchildren: Brandy Bryan, Jonathan Kelly, Michael Kelly, Kelsey O’ Leary, Logan O’Leary; and numerous relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held Monday, Sept. 7, 2015, at 2 p.m. with a visitation half an hour prior to the service at R.W. Baker & Company Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk, with Father Emmanuel Mensah officiating. Condolences may be offered at www.RWBakerFH.com.
