Three men already charged in a January murder have been indicted on an additional charge of murder by mob.

Suffolk’s Tremayne L. Johnson and Portsmouth’s Nathaniel C. McCoy Jr. and Kyle Lamar Purvis already were charged with first-degree murder, shooting or stabbing in the commission of a felony and conspiracy to commit murder.

They are charged in the death of Donta Williams, a Portsmouth man who disappeared in mid-January and whose body was discovered in a Suffolk lake near College Drive on March 9.
