Elsie M. Ricks, 82, of Windsor, died Jan. 31, 2016. A funeral will be held Monday, Feb. 8, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Piney Grove Baptist Church, Suffolk. Visitation will take place Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Pretlow and Chapman Funeral Home in Smithfield.
