The Suffolk-Nansemond Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America is offering two $1,500 education scholarships this year to be awarded to a student who has been accepted into or who is currently attending an accredited college, university or technical school, pursuing an appropriate course of study related to conservation and the environment.

A scholarship application form with instructions and eligibility requirements can be downloaded from the chapter website at sniwla.org/sniwla/scholarships. Applications, grade transcripts and references can be submitted electronically to suffolknansemondiwla@gmail.com or as a hardcopy to P.O. Box 351, Suffolk, VA 23439. Applications are due by April 1.
