Ethel L. Fulgham-King, 80, of Starboard Road, Chesapeake, died , Tuesday May 17, 2016, at Carrington Place of Chesapeake.

A celebration of life will be held at noon on Tuesday in the Melvin J. Blowe Memorial Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home Inc. She will be laid to rest in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
