Suffolk Pediatrics to hold open house

Suffolk Pediatrics, a primary care practice of CHKD Medical Group, has a new home at 152 Burnett's Way, adjacent to the new Obici medical complex and the public is invited to attend an open house there July 12, noon - 2 p.m.

A tour of the facility will be available and current and prospective patients and parents will have an opportunity to meet pediatricians Laura Leverone, M.D., and Jane Robertson, M.D., certified pediatric nurse practitioner Janice Leonard, R.N., and the practice's office staff.

The open house also will include car-seat and bike safety checks by the Suffolk fire and police departments, story telling, clowns, face painting, refreshments and a visit by CHKD's mascot Healthy Bear. Children's bike helmets and a car safety seat will be given as door prizes.
