Womanless pageant planned

Area residents can help fight cancer - and pick the city's most beautiful "woman" in this weekend's "Miss Franklin Relay for Life" contest.
The Bronco Federal Credit Union Greenbacks are sponsoring a womanless beauty pageant at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 31, in the Franklin High School auditorium.
Five dollars will allow you entry to a night of fun, fundraising and the chance to vote for your favorite entry.
The "girls" are hesitant to give their names, but we have on good authority that they are also known as Anthony Barnes, Cliff Carr, Michael Collins, Billy Haydu, Vince Holt, Jim Jervey, Tommy Lawrence, Dave Lease and Davis Rose.
Tickets are available by calling 569-6000, visiting any BFCU office or at the door.
