Suffolk police investigating shooting

Police are searching for suspects involved in the shooting of an 18-year-old man in the 1100 block of Cogic Square Thursday.

Around 7:25 p.m., the victim went to the East Washington Street police precinct indicating that he had been shot while riding in a car, said Lt. Debbie George, spokeswoman for the Suffolk Police Department. He received a minor injury to the head, which did not require medical attention.

Police have no suspects at this time.
