James H. Chandler

James H. Chandler, 86, of Clearwater, Fla., died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2004, in Mease Hospital (Dunedin), Dunedin, Fla.

He was born in Suffolk and went to Clearwater 15 years ago from Kansas City, Mo.

He was a watchmaker/jeweler.

He served in WWII in the U.S. Navy and was a lifetime member of the Salvation Army, Clearwater, Fla.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years Ruth A. "Toni" Chandler of Clearwater; daughter, Lisa Bingham, San Pedro, Calif.; daughter, Heidi Bailey, Chicago, Ill.; and four grandchildren.

Clearwater Funeral Home at Belcher, Dunedin, is in charge.
