Fourth of July festivities planned at Suffolk Airport

There will be fun for the whole family on July 4 when you take part in a spectacular event in celebration of America at the Suffolk Executive Airport.

Enjoy a multi-faceted array of festive entertainment and activities including musical entertainment, face painting, contests and games for all ages, amusements (all day wristbands can be purchased for $6), and much more.

Highlighting this event will be on of the best fireworks displays in Hampton Roads area.

The main entertainment stage will showcase energetic, vocal talents of Island Boy.

Food and beverage vendors will be available for purchase. No personal coolers will be permitted. Parking will cost $5 per car and opens at 5 p.m. Fireworks kick-off at 9:30 p.m. For more information, call 923-2360.
