Mrs. Rosa Lee Louther Parker, 90, of 315 Dobbs St., of Hertford, died Friday, March 25, 2005 in Guardian Care Nursing Home.
A funeral service will take place in First Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2005 with the Rev. Terrance White presiding and Rev. A. J. Boone Sr., eulogist. The burial will be in New Roadside Cemetery, Hertford. Friends may join the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, Hertford. The body will be placed in the church at noon for viewing until tie of service and other times at the home of the deceased.
