Farrales and Tapman to marry

Mr. and Mrs. Cesar N. Farrales, of Virginia Beach, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Cecile Martinez Farrales, to Brian Edward Tapman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Burleigh E. Tapman, of Suffolk.

Cecile is a 1996 graduate of Princess Anne High School. She earned her BS degree n psychology at Virginia Tech in 2000 and her MS degree in counseling psychology from Radford University in 2002. She is currently employed with Virginia Beach Pyschiatric Center as a crisis counselor.

Brian is a 1995 graduate of Lakeland High School. He earned his BBA degree in finance from James Madison University in 1999. He currently is employed with Virginia Beach Pyschiatric Center as the controller.

The wedding will take place July 15, 2006 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Virginia Beach.
