Seafood Breakfast
The Building Committee of Greater First Baptist Church will have a herring, fresh fish and salmon cake breakfast sale Saturday, Jan. 14 starting at 5 a.m.
The cost is $6 per breakfast.

45th Pastor’s Anniversary
Mineral Spring Baptist Church, 4849 Mineral Spring Road, Suffolk, will observe the 45th Anniversary of their pastor, Rev. George A. Speight, M. A. on Jan. 15.
The guest speaker for the 11 a.m. worship service will be Rev. Charlie W. Poulson, Jr.
The guest speaker for the 3 p.m. anniversary program will be Bishop John Kindred of King’s Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church, Suffolk.
Dinner will be served in the fellowship hall following the anniversary program.

Pursuing the Kingdom Conference
Pursuing the Kingdom 2006 Conference will hosted by Sweet Haven Holy Church of God in Carrollton Jan. 24 through 27 at 7 p.m. nightly.
The conference is also being hosted by Bayview, New Birth, Olive Branch and Solomon’s Temple Churches.

Food Distribution
Forever Free Outreach Ministry will be serving hot meals from 7 to 9 p.m. every Monday in December at Gates Of Heaven C.O.G.I.C., 112 Beech St. The ministry will have a food give-away every third Wednesday from 3 to 6 p.m., with food donated by the Operation Blessing Food Bank.

Singles Classes
