Show me and find me one politician who will vote in favor of term limits. He or she isnt going to vote themselves out of a job or a career of sucking oxygen that is full of perks and freebies. Everyday history reminds us of people who have held positions as public servants, Kennedy 45 years in D.C comes to mind when thinking of national politics. Issacs 16 plus years at the local level. Issacs is no Ted Kennedy, but maybe, just maybe he is.

Anyone remember Strom Thurman. Wasn't he like near 100 and still in office. He hadn't participated in a debate for his peoplein 20 yrs. He was wheeled in everyday and sat there and drooled. No one needs to serve past a reasonable retirement age. 65? 70? And never more than 8 yrs. Seems like the old folks that serve are too out of touch with the issues anyway.
