mcd, my apology for MY misunderstanding. In regards to dt's comments, its known that playing the victim card has always been the mode in which the defense is made or attemtpt to justify the action. Something that a liberal mindset always is expresses, as is the race card is played or ones upbringing and culture. Good folks dont go around looking to becoming a victim but there always is some criminal element looking to find one or see that one becomes a victim. I will see that "Mr. Ed" isnt so fast in the future. whoaaaaaaaaaaa boy

Well a play on my words? Lets analyze what mcd said. What he stated is not what I said, truly its s spin that is as usual as the sun shinning. its very simple "shoot from the car" You are implying that I would run him down or track him down and shoot him as he is fleeing. What took place is he invaded that person's domain or car. ENTERED the car. That invasion of privacy,domian,car or home will get you shot. When you think about it you have the right to protect your property and person.How you choose to protect it is your gamble or choice. If it had been me or my wife in our car/s and our being legal gun owners with a permit to carry it, we wouldnt have been asking excuse me can I help you or screaming. This was a situation that Harrell created. The driver was unarmed and Harrell is lucky he isnt dead or wasnt wounded. Harrell made a CHOICE. If it had been me or my wife, or maybe another legal gun owner, his choice would have maybe cost him his life. He is a lucky "man". So once again, your your words have been debunked. FROM from isnt IN. Virginia law protects the criminal element when one is fleeing from law enforcement. If the fleeing criminal is armed and is fleeing. the police "cannot" fire their weapon at that suspect. However if he is shooting backwards as he is fleeing he is subject to be shot at in return. This is a personal choice of the officer that he must weigh. If he is fleeing only, when, is the officer in fear of his life? Why do you think that many criminal types who use a gun in their crime when confronted by the law with firepower they usually drop their weapon? When they dont, it ends up as bad choice. So in the long run maybe these punks arent so stupid after all and finally make a smart choice. Harrell is lucky. As for the concerns of his not taking his meds or being a hungry, destin said it maybe he should be shown some mercy. That is up to the jury of his peers or the judge. No matter what,he made a choice, a bad one and now he will pay for his choice that could have cost him his life. I am confident in saying that he is still hopefully thinking about his stupidity and not what could have been the end result. At least this will get him some more time to think about it. Maybe or maybe not he will end up a guest of the state again.He isnt the victim here no matter what the excuses may be or are.
