Edna C. Holmes, 77, of Troy died Monday, August 16, 1999, at Edge Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, August 18, 1999 at the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Rev. Ronnie Chaney officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Troy with Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing.

Survivors include two daughters and son-in-law, Catherine and Al Liepins of Troy; Shirley Stewart of Troy; two sons and daughters-in-law, Durwood and Marie Freeman of Midway; Tim and Martha Freeman of Goshen; one sister and brother-in-law, Julia and Pat Patterson of Carson City, Nev.; sister-in-law, Myrtle Mathews of Troy; 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 16 step-great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and grandsons-in-law.

Leila T. McDaniel

Leila T. McDaniel, 85, of Banks died Monday, August 16, 1999 at Edge Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 18, 1999, at the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Rev. J.C. Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Ramah Cemetery in Banks with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include her husband, Fred McDaniel of Banks; son, Robert F. (Betty) McDaniel, Sr. of Valparaiso, Fla.; daughter, Grace (Joseph D.) Senn of Banks; son, Wendell (Paula) McDaniel of Oxford; six grandsons; two granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Robert F. McDaniel, Jr., Paul Powell, Joseph D. Senn, Jr., Blake McDaniel, Bret McDaniel, and Bart McDaniel.

Visitation was held between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., Tuesday, August 17, 1999, at Dillard Funeral Home of Troy.
