Mrs. Eula Mae Parker, 82, of 6200 Leafwood Road, Suffolk, died Sunday, July 21, 2002, in Southampton Memorial Hospital, Franklin.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in Zion UCC Church. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Church Cemetery.

The family will be at Peebles Funeral Home from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Dixon M. Rollins Jr.

Dixon Michael Rollins Jr., 29, of Suffolk, died Monday, July 22, 2002, in Obici Hospital.

He was born in Richmond, Va., on April 17, 1973, and was a graduate of Nansemond-Suffolk Academy and Hampden-Sydney College.

Dixon was the kitchen manager of Frisco’s in Kill Devil Hills, N.C.

Survivors include his parents Dr. Dixon Michael and Carleen Sundin Rollins of Suffolk; brothers, Eric Preston Rollins, his wife, Prabha, of Falls Church; David Mott Rollins of Los Gatos, Calif.; niece, Asha Preston Rollins; his special love, Lauren Elizabeth Young of Alexandria,Va.

His body will be cremated and a private memorial service will be held. The family will receive friends at his parent’s home, 408 W. Riverview Drive, Suffolk, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

The family requests no flowers, but memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of America, 2101 Executive Dr., Hampton, Va. 23666.
