-A story in Wednesday’s News-Herald about local Boys State participants contained two errors. Denis Garret was sponsored by the Suffolk Ruritan Club, not the Rotary Club as reported. Also, the last Suffolk resident to be governor of Boys State was Le Barnes of Forest Glen High School in 1986.

-An article that published Wednesday, June 22 about the Friends Christian Club’s recent visit to Richmond contained errors. Names misspelled should have read Rosa Bivins, Tyna and Bill McBurney, Shelia Mcilwain, and Glozia Sears.
